Why Rydanz Custom Manufacturing?

Rydanz Custom Manufacturing is built around collaboration, engineering discipline, and proven production processes. We work closely with partners to understand performance requirements and align materials, specifications, and manufacturing solutions to support scalable, repeatable production programs.

Can Rydanz provide custom color compounds?

At this time, custom rubber compounds are limited to standard black formulations. Non-black rubber compounds are not offered due to performance consistency and process stability considerations.

Can you advise on textile or compound selection?

Yes. If you are unsure which textile construction or compound characteristics are appropriate for your application, our technical team can assist during the evaluation phase, subject to feasibility and volume requirements.

Do you offer non-reinforced (no textile) calendered rubber?

Availability depends on application, thickness, and volume requirements. All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Can you provide slit rubber or gum with a backer?

Certain slit rubber or gum configurations with backing materials may be available depending on specifications and order volume.

Can Rydanz develop a custom compound?

Custom compound development may be available for qualified partners with defined performance requirements and sufficient production volume, subject to engineering review and testing.

Can you produce one or two custom tires?

No. Rydanz Custom Manufacturing supports production-based programs only and does not offer one-off or ultra-low-volume custom tire manufacturing.
