All orders placed on rydanzusa.com are fulfilled by Winway Motorsports LLC through authorized U.S. distribution and logistics partners.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays.

Processing time does not include transit time.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

  • Shipping is available to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states only)
  • We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations unless otherwise stated

SHIPPING METHODS & RATES

  • Orders are shipped via UPS or other major carriers
  • Available shipping options will be displayed at checkout
  • Shipping rates are calculated using real-time carrier pricing
  • Tracking information will be provided once the order has shipped

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder or contact us for assistance.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly and completely at checkout.

Winway Motorsports LLC is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address:

  • The order will be refunded excluding shipping charges
  • The customer must place a new order with the correct address

RETURNS POLICY – TIRES

All tire sales are final.

Due to the nature of performance tires and safety considerations:

  • Tires are non-returnable
  • No refunds or exchanges are accepted once an order is placed
